For us at Kellner & Kunz, quality is generated by a keen awareness of our customers’ needs. Questions, requirements and problems are what challenge us and form the backbone of our commitment. Cooperation with independent institutes as well as practice-orientated suggestions resulting from direct customer contact provide the basis for active product development and quality assurance. Only when precisely defined quality standards have been fulfilled is a product released for sale.
Safeguarding company processes
Our quality philosophy also applies to the processes that take place in our company. This is demonstrated, among other things, by our quality management system which has been in place since 1997 and satisfies the requirements set out in the process-orientated ISO 9001. The operational processes at Kellner & Kunz are designed to be customer-orientated in accordance with the TQM system. In this way, an outstanding level of quality can be guaranteed.
