Why order, manage, store, search for, pick and pack individual parts, accessories and components yourself when Kellner & Kunz can do the job for you?

Assembly kits are primarily required in machine, plant and equipment construction as well as in the furniture and automotive industries for installing or assembling your products on site.

We will put together these small components for you and pack them in blister packs, polybags, cardboard boxes or assembly boxes or foil-sealed, depending on your requirements and quantities. Not only are assembly instructions, plans or notes included in the packages, but also stickers, nameplates, etc. Delivery and management at the place of destination are also part of our service.

Assembly instructions, plans and notes can be added if required.

A further development in our package delivery service is the production and assembly of individual parts lists. Without any lengthy detours to their target destination? Nothing could be simpler! You simply send us the parts lists for your customer orders.

We deliver everything in the ready-picked assembly package RECA ONE-KIT directly to the place where it is needed. Quick, uncomplicated and on schedule. Because the structure and technology of our logistics centre are designed precisely to meet the challenges of contract manufacturing: We have no problems “packing” it.

This is how it works!

You receive a production order for a plant, a complete facility or a special machine from your customer.

The parts lists are automatically generated in your work preparation or from your variant configurator and the data is transferred via EDI to Kellner & Kunz’s SAP system.

Exact order picking in accordance with the transmitted parts lists and agreed packaging instructions

The finished parts list packages are labelled at Kellner & Kunz so that orders can be automatically assigned and the goods receipt posted at your premises.

Delivery “just in time” to your production department, ready for onward transport or directly to your construction site.

Electronic clearing or clearing by means of electronic credit memo procedure
